• Lost or stolen personal belongings
• Physical injuries due to misuse of equipment or negligence
• Unforeseen technical downtimes

8. Equipment Damage & Penalties

All visitors are expected to handle gaming equipment—including consoles, controllers, VR headsets, and racing rigs—with care and responsibility.

• Any intentional or careless damage to equipment will result in a penalty or repair charge.
• Customers will be held financially responsible for the replacement or repair cost of damaged items.
• Parents or guardians are accountable for damages caused by minors under their supervision.
• We encourage reporting any faulty or malfunctioning devices before gameplay begins to avoid liability.
